New Development

We put locks on the closet doors.  We put child safety latches on the dressers drawers.  We made sure the rocking chair is pressed against a wall (so it won't flip over).  We remove all toys before naptime and bedtime.  We removed a small step stool from their room...and a hamper.  But it won't stop them from finding something to do or climb on.
Notice that J is on his tippy toes and W is actually on top of the backsplash of the dresser...

They now use their air purifier as a step stool.  They moved it over to their dresser and now like to stand on top of their dresser.  In fact, I witnessed J just pulling himself up onto the dresser without even using the purifier.  You can't stop them from being boys!

I guess a padded room is your next step? Shoot, you might as well move them to big boy beds. :)

Oh NO!!!! I agree with Melissa...the cribs do seem pretty pointless at this point!

Love all the new posts! Maybe you should get those canapies that go over cribs to keep kids from climbing out...they could just pretend they're camping and it's their mosquito net!
